This career opportunity will required to travel 50%, which will not require relocation. POSITION DETAILS
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum 6 years SAP HR Project Management experience, including managing global implementations. You should have previously and successfully managed all phases of the implementation life cycle with SAP version 4.6 or above.
Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis, rollout and post-implementation support is essential in this role. You must possess the ability to work at the senior management/executive levels. You should possess very strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Prior experience leading proposal efforts would be a plus, coupled with strong presentation skills. Our client would prefer candidates from within the Industrial industry, but not mandatory.

Financial/Operational Auditor
Job Title: Financial/Operational Auditor
Job Description:
Under the general guidance of the Sr. Manager, Financial/Operational Audit:
Perform or support financial/operational audits, with emphasis on assessment of internal controls, with particular focus on internal controls over financial reporting (SOX 404).
Independently and objectively plan and execute audits in accordance with professional auditing standards
Determine audit scope and direction, develop audit programs and budget estimates, and perform test procedures designed to analyze key process and financial systems controls.
Evaluate process and business systems effectiveness through the application of knowledge of financial systems, manufacturing operations, engineering, procurement and other functions.
Effectively interact with and communicate results to auditees, audit management, business unit management and senior management.
Prepare formal written workpapers and reports, documenting audit work performed, and expressing conclusions on control adequacy.
Assist with the annual Web-enabled Internal Control Self Assessment (ICSA) process by reviewing questionnaire content, serving as business unit ICSA liaison, analyzing ICSA responses and determining related audit follow-up activities.
Provide occasional audit assistance to the external auditors.
Perform special reviews at the request of Management or Legal.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent; CPA/CIA preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years Public Accounting experience (Senior level), Big 4 preferred; industry internal audit experience a plus.
Proven ability to lead financial audits and interface with all levels of management; working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley Act requirements and recent exposure to related projects is preferred.
Strong understanding of business process risks and internal controls.
Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to travel up to 35% - 40% with some international locations.
